It only takes a few weights and a little space to get in a good workout. I offer online training sessions for you to  train in your living room or anywhere! I have clients from the U.S to Italy.  This is also a great option for when you travel.

My professionally structured health and fitness programs consistently provide new challenges to help you exceed your goals. Personal training program consists of three progressively challenging cycles, each with a rotating focus.


  • Phase I – Strength,  Conditioning and Flexibility – Focusing on posture, imbalances, and core strength
  • Phase II – Balance and  Coordination – An introduction to single-leg exercises and multi-joint  movement
  • Phase III - Advanced training  / Sports-specific training

What's included in your fitness program

30 to 60 Minute In-Person or Video Sessions

Your personal training sessions include strength training while incorporating balance, flexibility, agility, and postural improvement

Comprehensive Programming

My comprehensive fitness  programming is based on where you are today, your current fitness and health conditions. 

Nutritional Guidance

I'll help you build a healthy eating lifestyle. We'll look at your behaviors and beliefs about food or diet and offer strategies that can lead to successful behavior change.

30-minute Checkins

As your coach, check-ins give both of us the insight to provide feedback, offer suggestions, and adjust your program focus and fitness and nutrition targets as needed.  

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support through phone, email and texting helps you stay accountable to your fitness goals and offers motivation and support throughout your fitness journey.
